An Exhilarating Road Trip - In A Luxury Van!

American landscape photographers have been a source of inspiration for photographers around the world, so what better place to explore and expand your understanding of photography than in the American landscape itself. And not just any American landscape, but the most epic, the most iconic American landscapes of all: Utah!
Join Peter Eastway and Tony Hewitt, two AIPP Grand Masters of Photography, on this special photo tour to some of America’s best photography destinations. This is the fourth time this Photographic Counsel has been run in America, but this is a brand new itinerary focusing on Utah.
We begin by meeting in Salt Lake City (or very nearby) and heading out to the Bonneville salt flats - not because we want to photograph them from the ground (although we will), but because we want to see them from the air! A photography flight in a plane over the salt is included. From here we’re going to saunter down to the south of Utah, visiting iconic locations such as Capitol Reef, Bryce Canyon and Zion National Park. And because they are both so epic, we’re returning to Monument Valley and the Grand Canyon, to explore different ways of photographing these masterclass locations. It’s then a short drive back into in Las Vegas on 21 February.
It’s 12 days, 11 nights.
The trip will be in a luxury Mercedes van with a driver, leaving Peter and Tony to entertain us on the long roads! And equally important, the eight of us will be discussing photography, expanding our understanding, developing new directions. This photo tour is guaranteed to turbo charge your photography and is why we have returning guests every year!
